• Three ceramic ALBUZ® inserts for more wear resistance in a high resistance plastic body : excellent long lasting precision and high wear resistance to all types of chemicals including acids. Ceramic inserts outwear stainless steel nozzles by up to 10 times.
• ALBUZ® Ceramic allows working at high pressures without changing the hollow cone spray pattern, preserving performance and precision
• Air induction hollow cone spray nozzle (Venturi aspiration system): sprays large drops filled with air bubbles which do not drift and burst into fine droplets on contact with the target for higher coverage.
• Extremely low drift potential and loss reducing effect while increasing the number of impacts: excellent coverage of the treated zone.
• ISO flow rated and ISO color coded, but the high resistance plastic body is specific and not ISO :  0.43’’ / 11mm instead of 0.31’’/ 8mm for ISO between flat surfaces. This ensures that it is easy to fit  ISO nozzles on all sprayer brands. Comptact size length.
• Easy dismantling for cleaning.
• Can be used on sprayers with or without air assistance including boom sprayers. Can be used on a boom from a pressure of 80 psi / 5 bar using a special bayonette cap.
• Model 80 0050: recommended pressure from 7 bar.
• Optimum pressure : 140 psi / 10 bar
• IMPORTANT : Use 200 mesh nozzle fi lters for models 80 0050 – 80 0075 and 100 mesh fi lters for the other sizes.
