AVI 80° : Drift control air induction flat fan ceramic spray nozzle

AVI 80 is a ceramic spray nozzle with Venturi air induction technology to offer extremely low drift potential, in a wide range of pressures. Especially suited for systemic and contact treatments on orchards, this nozzle can be used up to 30 feet height. Ceramic insert provides excellent chemical and wear resistance, as well as long lasting precision. Non-clogging design with double air intake orifice.

Specific features

  • Two ALBUZ® ceramic inserts: excellent precision and high wear resistance. Ceramic inserts outwear stainless steel nozzles by up to 10 times.
  • Designed to be used over a wide range of pressures: 40 psi / 3 bar > 360 psi / 25 bar.
  • ISO flow rated and ISO color coded.
  • High resistance plastic body is specific and not ISO: 0.43’’ / 11mm  between flat surfaces.
  • Compact design  (1.12’’ / 28 mm length) adapted to all booms and nozzles-holders.
  • Automatic spray alignment with Cap ISO – code : 039535.
  • Air induction spray nozzle (Venturi system): sprays large drops filled with air bubbles which do not drift and burst into fine droplets on contact with the target.
  • Extremely low drift potential and loss reducing effect while increasing the number of impacts: excellent coverage of the treated zone.
  • Increases retention of treatment product on the foliage, and reduces product losses to the ground.
